Vision: Become the market leader in traveller's fitness and health. Enable airplane passengers to gain more health and travel more relaxed.
Strategy: Implement fitness locations on international airports. We'll start with major airports in Germany and Switzerland and will expand step by step.
Solution & Offering
Solution: Provide fitness locations inside the airport and give access to passengers, waiting for their connecting flights
Offering: Fully fletched fitness area and services with rental sportswear, towels and all the required infrastructure including coaches.
Current State & Next Steps
Current State: We're just starting up and have made a detailed business plan and are currently negotiating with the first airport in Germany. We made the branding and are currently investigating on the company structure.
Next Steps: Get the business plan reviewed by the stakeholders and banks. Do a marketing & communication plan and raise the funding for the first location in 2023.
